  • Domestic: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-10 business days.
  • International: Shipping times vary based on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [support@boldchroma.com] with your order number, and we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.
